All customised cakes must be ordered 2 business days in advance.

Cancellation / Changes only accepted 2 business days prior to your order scheduled time. 5% processing fee apply. Bank charges are not refundable.

Glory Cakes will not be responsible for cakes lost or damaged in transit if you choose to pick up. Please check the product while you pick up.

Photo is for reference only; color of the actual cake might be slightly different.

The delivery time and duration may be affected by impossible factors such as traffic on the day and will be delayed accordingly. If you cannot accept it, please do not use our delivery service

Refunds and Cancellations

No refund is available for any cakes unless it is damaged during transport or the product is not safe for consumption.

Cancellation of orders for custom cakes must be requested with minimum 2 business days notice and for menu cakes, minimum 1 day notice is required for a refund. A partial or full refund may be processed at our sole discretion.

To start a refund or cancellation, you can contact us at ushangau8888@gmail.com. If your refund is accepted, a refund notification will be sent to your email and funds reflected in your account within 1-2 business days. You can always contact us for any refund or cancellation questions at ushangau8888@gmail.com.

NOTE: You cannot keep the cake if we refund you.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

退款和取消

任何蛋糕均不予退款，除非在运输过程中损坏或产品不能安全食用。 

取消定制蛋糕的订单必须至少提前 2 天通知，对于菜单蛋糕，退款需要至少提前 1 天通知。我们可以自行决定处理部分或全额退款。 

要开始退款或取消，您可以通过 ushangau8888@gmail.com 与我们联系。如果您的退款被接受，退款通知将在 1-2 个工作日内发送到您的电子邮件，资金将反映在您的帐户中。如有任何退款或取消问题，您可以随时通过 ushangau8888@gmail.com 联系我们。

注意：如果我们退款给您，您将无法保留蛋糕。 

损坏和问题 请在收到订单时检查您的订单，如果商品有缺陷、损坏或收到错误的商品，请立即联系我们，以便我们评估问题并纠正问题。
